Error with monthly payment and missing 500 subscription cartel coins

Support have removed the subscription , just need to resubscribe now and your all good

Thank you very much! So now I log in again and i also get my 500 monthly cartel coins?... And one last question: In case i'll want to end my subscription i don't see any "end your subscription button" on the website, what I have to do in case I would end subscription in the future?

once you subscribe you scroll to the bottom of the sub page and a link will be there to click to cancel 

it is only there if you have an active subscription

Ok, I understand.... But the 500 cartel coins will be instantly given to me once i resubscribe? Thank you for all the infos

 i dont know , coins usually arrive within 72 hrs of subscribing

If your complimentary coins do not arrive on the date you expect, please wait for 72 hours before contacting Customer Service to report that you have not yet received them.

Now I'm trying to resub with my credit card but It says "Purchase error" in the final process... How can I fix it?

If you have tried a different payment method , for any billing issues you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open 

Support can see what is occurring when you try to purchase, this isnt something doable on a public forum

Ok... So I will try a different pay method such as paypal and I will see if it goes...

I've resubscribed using paypal and well, now I'm a real subscriber finally... Hope i get my 500 sub cartel coins in the next 72 hours... Thank you so much!
