I gather you edited the client_setting file per this guide
Maybe use just one monitor whilst troubleshooting just in case
the only things i see in the dxdiag is that the C drive is down to 8gb free, just keep in mind that cache files can use that space too
the dxdiag does list this as one of the errors
UTC_DB_Corruption
there are others but that one is worth looking more at for now
I would update the bios on the motherboard yours is version FF and latest i believe is FH
worthwhile also opening a command prompt as administrator and running sfc /scannow command to check system files for corruption as well.

Ok, so now I've updated the BIOS to FH, ran scans until everything was fine and did some thing I could find to try and fix the UTC_DB_Corruption (DISM, checked disk/memory error). Still no luck sadly. Attached a fresh Dxdiag. And the C: space is no issue. After I confirm the game works (hopefully) I will move it to a different drive.
