Got problem with subscription + my money gone!

Question

Got a problem with a subscription, chose plan, chose card (typed all info about card) clicked ok. Then got this error "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}". Tried to avoid it in a different ways (use other browser, vpn and etc) But nothing helped me. Then i decided to check my balance on card and found out my money gone! and no sub at all on my account. Please help me!!!
On the screen you can see that my money gone to SW TOR many times (idk why btw) Im from russia that why there russian language (i couldn't change it sorry)

failed purchases should auto refund is my understanding, CS said the payments where rejected by your bank

CS said all those purchases failed so you will need to use a different payment method or discuss the issue with your bank
