Help ... please ... SWTOR Severs not there ...

uggghhhh ... so I play for 4 days straight then bam ... again ... I cannot retrieve my servers when I log in (they do not show up at all) ... I literally do nothing on this computer but Swtor ... I am beyond frustrated ... I shouldn't have to be a computer programmer to play this game (just spent money on my sub as well ... so now i'm losing out on that ...)

Before I lost the servers entirely I would get the error that they were not showing up but I could see them there and click on them ... it's almost like it was random ... and very frustrating ...

Things I have done:
reset my entire computer (first) then -
Re-download the entire game ...
Run everything in Administrator mode ...
Forwarded ports on router ...
opened ports and reset up launcher.exe and client.exe on Firewall ...
set up exceptions on my windows antivirus (it's the only antivirus I have on this computer and I think I did this correctly), but it's windows 10 so who knows ...
flushed my DNS cash ...

If anyone has any idea what to do next I would love an idea ... please than thanx ahead of time ..

    Just to confirm , are you able to tether that system to a mobile connection and use its Mobile net connection instead of the home network and see if it still shows no server

    So I tethered it to my phone and still no servers ... i am resetting my Laptop again to see if it works ... good thing all i do is play swtor on this ...

    @lordordanis

    Can you try first running a repair scan on the game client? If you've done that and you still don't see any servers, in the same place where you set it to run as Admin, can you make sure Compatibility Mode is unchecked/disabled?

    so weird ... as i followed the instructions i noticed that i had another Swtor file in my OS ... after i deleted that then the servers appeared ... i don't remember ever doing this multiple times ...

    nope ... i am still getting the message but sometimes the list shows up ... behind the message ... this is weird ...

    the "unable to locate servers" ... and now i'm back to the whole no access ... uggggggghhh ...

    @lordordanis

    Do you have another PC on that network to try swtor on just to be sure its not an issue outside the PC ? Tried a VPN at all ?

    Right mouse the game shortcut and select properties and then on the compatibility tab select as below (with no compatibility mode ticked)

    Then right mouse click the game shortcut and this time select open file location , then right mouse click on launcher.exe and select properties then on the compatibility tab again ensure no "compatibility mode" is ticked.

    From there go into the swtor folder then the retailclient folder and then right mouse click on swtor.exe and select properties, on the compatibility tab ensure no "compatibility mode" is ticked
