Hi. I played SWTOR a lot of years ago. I have my nickname and a new password for the EA and SWTOR account. But i lost the security key 5 smartphones ago. 🙂
Is there any way to ask for a temporary security key or something like that? I would like to recover my old char, it was a very bad guy btw.
I am free to play and dont speak english so well to call by phone.

Hey there! If you're not able to remove the Security Key per this guide, you'll have to contact support and ask them to remove it for you.
Thanks for the answer. But i dont have the original serial for my account, i cant ask for a security key by smartphone app. ☹️
To remove your Security Key from your account:
Go to www.swtor.com and click on Log in.
Enter your display name and your password, leave the Security Key code box blank, and click on Log in.
We’ll ask for your Security Key Code. Under the Security Key code box, click on Lost your Security Key?
