In myswtor when you login at swtor.com there is a personal information section at the top , this will have a button called EA account
click that and it should show you the email associated with that EA account, try a password reset on that account
I reset the password on my EA account, and still giving the same eeror on the age verification, and I still can't connect to the game...
But thanks for the suggestion...
You need to be certain its the linked EA account otherwise randomly resetting a different account will not have an effect
Swtor support via the phone can ascertain the linkage though
