I can't sign in because it doesn't send a recovery email

This has been an issues for a few months and I've decided to come to this forum to hopefully get some direct support I couldn't get on the subreddit. Each time I try to login to the game it says its sending a verification email but it doesn't send. I know it's the right email because it has other messages from SWTOR. If someone could help me I would be more then appreciative.
