I can't travel using my ship

I click on the holoterminal and it shows the "..." like dialog is starting, then it stops and I'm in control of my character again.   I've seen other threads that indicate I should do a launcher rep...

    @kibbles0515 

    the holoterminal is not used to travel , you need to use the galaxy map

of cause you can travel via your ship , every ship has a galaxy map in the cockpit of each ship

When I click that, it shows a bunch of space battle quests.
