account is flagged to be checked for issues and they have your email with the screenshots, best to email using the same email used on your swtor account
response will be in about 7 hrs when support are online for the day
Support have your email with the screenshots, but cant add the gametime until an account issue is resolved
to fix that account issue you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , US line opens in about 4 hrs 10 minutes from the time of this post
