First close the game launcher, right click the task bar and open task manager. Once open in the Processes tab stop all bitraider (br) processes. Next go to the Services tab and ensure that bit raider is setup to start automatically.

When I tried that I can't find the BR processes. Is it in files or options? I can't even find the option to stop all bitraider.
processes are found in taskmanager , press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys to open taskmanager
I was able to find processes in the Task Manager, however not the bitraider
I gather you are getting unspecified error ?
If they are not there then they are not running, if you have rebooted and tried the repair option in this link see if the repair utility helps at this link
