Link EA and SWTOR accounts?
For some reason I cant add a sub to my SWTOR account I get an error telling me to contact support and I noticed my SWTOR and EA account have different passwords and no mention of SWTOR on my EA accou...

The linked ea account was created when the swtor account was created , they can have different emails and passwords after creation, so putting the same email etc on accounts does not create the linkage
will have a response from swtor support in about 7 hrs when they are online for the day

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account (not the one your posting on now) that EA account uses a Bigpond.net.au email so is different to what is on the swtor account
use the following link insert the Bigpond.net.au to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
I do not have that email anymore that's why I changed it 8+ years ago how can i fix this?
best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can update the email used on that ea account for you
english lines open at 1am AEST and close at 10 am
