I have the same problem. Trying to get back since 2021. Had to create a second acc and subscribe to be able to send a ticket . They responded by saying that only the Accounts and Billing team can help me. And to do so I need to call a number to prove my ID, since they need to remove the security system from my acc. The problem here is that Im from South America, and calling the UK number is out of questions
