for future , if you leave the key blank in a web browser (not the launcher), providing you know the password then you can remove the key
if you dont have the key and dont have the password you need to call swtor support to remove the key manually which will then allow you to reset the password on the account
app recommended now is the google authenticator and functions the same as the old swtor mobile authenticator app as detailed in this guide
