Login failed due to account being suspended.
I purchased this game in January 2012. I played for quite a while, but stopped playing around 2016.. I wanted to return now, but when I try to log in, I get the message "Login failed due to account being suspended." I haven't been blocked in any way. My username is "Hedinredline." Where can I go to restore access to the game? There's no support. If I use the client, it asks me to subscribe. How can I subscribe if I can't access my account?
Best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can take a closer look at the account
an account can be suspended if it becomes compromised, calling is needed to regain access in these instances
