Login Failed due to Invalid Captcha

I am trying to log into my account after resetting my password but get the error at the top of the login screen: Login Failed due to invalid captcha. I've tried disabling extensions and using a different browser to include mobile and get the same issue until it says failed due to multiple logins. I do not have a security key set up. I'm just trying to link my steam account to SWTOR so I can subscribe.

    Make sure the country set in the swtor account (and linked EA account) is correct and be sure not to use a VPN

    disable any adblocks programs , if it persists call swtor support when the lines are open
