LOGIN problem

Dear EA support,

I can't login into my account. idk why, because i did everything as i should. When i open your twitter account, there is literally nothing about any news about logins not available. Now i was subsribed to you, but i was late with some payments and i wonder if that is the true case. I just thought you'd automaticly remove the subscription.
