if you've been hacked, please contact Support - we cannot help with hacked account issues here in the forum.
Already send email for support. But they not contact me our solve the problem.
Support will ask you to call them when the lines are open, numbers and hours available are at this link
The problem is no support for Brazil. Just email. Call for the USA, our UK cost 6x times more for me: 1 Dollar = 6 Reais (Brazilian coin currency). Already send print, numbers, contact info. My account is 9 years old. All my account is connected, password is strong and change time to time and use security key, authenticator. EA don't care.
