The problem is no support for Brazil. Just email. Call for the USA, our UK cost 6x times more for me: 1 Dollar = 6 Reais (Brazilian coin currency). Already send print, numbers, contact info. My account is 9 years old. All my account is connected, password is strong and change time to time and use security key, authenticator. EA don't care.
I recovered my Swtor account after losing 4 days of subscription. So begin to play again and now September 16, it got suspended again.
