New player cannot sub or make purchase
My account's less than a day old. And I get error every time I try to sub but it keeps charging my bank account a dollar. I'm up 6 dollars spent just trying to sub ive tried using other web browser...

That would indicate something in the account info is failing the merchant check, the $ amounts will auto refund in about a week between merchants as Swtor doesn't see this money
Best advice is actually try a different card (if you cant find any account issue that may fail the merchant check) or Maybe link the account to steam and use the steam merchant to purchase a subscription
Credit cards can fail even if the data is correct but if the person is trying to use that card in a different country for example it will fail
