No login to E Hawk

Since yesterday 1 of 2 accounts have been unable to log into Eben Hawk. We've contacted customer support who indicated they knew of the issue and try back in 10-15 min. It's been almost 24 hours and the same answer is given. Check the dev blogs for status update and keep trying. Here on the forums there's no update not even acknowledgement of an issue. Can anyone on the CS team shed some light on status and solution?

    On the 1 account that can't login, what is happening when you login?  Is it all characters on the account or some?  I've done a search and cannot find any threads on the main site about a server issue in general so I'm wondering if it's account related.

    What specifically did Customer Service say was the issue?  I find it odd that if it is an issue why aren't there a larger voice on the forum about the server.  Are both accounts on the same computer?  If not what anti-virus are you using on the one that is having the issue?

    We tried two different computers that are known good with one account. My partners account is locked out of Hawk. We know it's localized to that account and server.

    Are they getting an error when they try to log in?  How far are they getting the server select screen, character screen, just the launcher?  How is it locked out?  Can you attach a screenshot of what they are seeing?

    Auto login pops up this message right away. Account can access other servers no problem. Of course EH is the main in which we play together.

    This has been going on almost 24 hours now.

    No, no guild ship purchased as of yet.

    If you are in a position to phone them easily , ask for all the characters to be moved to fleet, if character is under level ten moved to a starter world.

    Another thing you can try is submit a ingame ticket from another server detailing the issue as well.

    This is a server side issue best I can gather

    Reason I mentioned guildship was this thread here  and here but strongholds may do similar.

    Hence relocating all the characters as unknown which is affected causing this.

    At any point did the target hero(es) encounter a server transfer recently? As an alternative option you could potentially use a server transfer out and back into the prompt the character to drop out of maintenance. This is not optimal of course, and depending on what items you had, mail and the like, could be detrimental...however you would be able to see how deep of a problem it is if the character cannot be accessed on the main website as well. If you do the transfer, you can always request the cartel coins be refunded based on your ticket management issues thereafter.
