No security key app and forgot password

I don't have access to my security app anymore because my phone broke. I also forgot my password. However, in order to reset the password I need the security key.. so you can see my dilemma. There is...

    I finally remembered the password, so after trying to log in I got the option "Lost your security key?" and can now delete it.

    Too bad it doesn't work if you forgot both password and key.

If you dont know the password and dont have the key 

Your only option is to call swtor support to verify account ownership to allow them to remove the key manually, then you can reset your password

    I tried calling, apparently the number is no longer in use. UK: +44 (0) 208 1969 890.
