OK I'm upset with customer service.

I purchased a dye to apply to my new outfit (Dark Harbinger) and could not figure out how to apply the dye to the outfit. I accidentally deleted the dye I guess, it disappeared from my inventory. A GM took ~24 hours to respond to my ticket asking for help. I made it very clear that I want to apply it to the Dark Harbinger outfit that I just purchased, the GM suggested that instead I apply it to my low level gear. I asked if that would apply it to my new outfit and if I would lose the dye if I replaced my armor, The GM assured me that it would work and asked if I could log out so they can do it for me. I was 2 kills away from completing my heroic quest when I agreed to log out. Logged back in and my character was in a new place that I've never been before, my newly purchased outfit was still not dyed, my XP boost and stim had expired, and I couldn't get back to my mission because the item was still on cool down. Then the GM just closed my ticket without bothering to check in with me. I'm so upset that I'm thinking about back charging my cartel coin purchase and canceling my sub

Here we are, 2 days later. The customer agent (Ankit) finally responded and they have an attitude. He is refusing to fix the issues that he caused. My heroic mission that I was working on (and almost finished with, I emailed them a screenshot of the mission) has expired, they finally teleported me back to the planet I was on, but all my missions have expired. They wiped my character's buffs for some reason (feels personal) so I lost my XP boost. He linked me chat logs of himself recommending that I apply my dye to my default low level gear then assuming that is what I wanted to do instead of applying it to the outfit that I just purchased with real money. Ankit is now closing all of my tickets with no reply. I called the number and they said they would be escalating this and to wait for a reply. Ankit finally applied the dye to the requested outfit but still hasn't fixed any of the issues that they created, and instead is blaming me for those issues for not telling him that I was busy in a mission when he asked me to log out to apply the dye. He did not say that he would be teleporting me or wiping my character's buffs, and blames me for not telling him that I was busy.

So I won't get a response until tomorrow according to these hours. The customer support rep literally closed my ticket knowing that nobody will respond to me in at least 48 hrs and did not make any attempt to follow up to see if my issue was fixed. I'm done with this game

I'm still livid, it's been hours and they haven't responded. My character is still not where I left it, it's on a space station that I've never been to, the armor that I purchased is still not the colors I wanted it to be. I don't have time now to go back and finish the mission and it's going to expire overnight. My night is ruined. I've been waiting all week to play as I've been very busy and haven't had much time. I don't really care if I'm banned this is the worst interaction I've ever had with any customer support. I'm done with this game and I want my money back.

  • just be aware a backcharge will result in a ban on both the linked ea account and swtor account
