Paid for SWTOR Subscription – Still Free-to-Play and Can’t Reach Support
Hi everyone,
I’m having an ongoing issue with my SWTOR subscription.
I purchased a subscription last Thursday, (thats 4 days ago) and the payment has already been taken from my account as soon as i made the purchase, but my SWTOR account still shows as Free-to-Play.
On my account page, the subscription status has been stuck on Processing ever since.
It’s been several days now, so this definitely isn’t just a normal delay.
I’ve already contacted support by email (support@swtor.com) multiple times, but every time they just tell me to call the international EA Support number. Unfortunately, my mobile provider does not allow international calls to landline numbers, so I literally cannot contact them that way.
It really shouldn’t be necessary to make an international phone call to fix a digital purchase made online. There should be another way — through chat or email — to resolve this kind of issue.
Could someone from support please help with this, or at least escalate it to the correct team so my payment can be processed or refunded properly?
