Hi i have an authenticator from digipass a physical one that has a dead battery that can not be changed, when i try to log in i dont have the option to remove it, it asks for me to contact customer support but the phone line are not working and there's no way to email them, how do i go about removing my authenticator
I dont work with EA but if you poke around some other threads you will find the [edit: email address removed] email and I believe the phones open up at 8AM.

So did they tell you how to remove the authenticator, or do they have to break the link?
you can try to remove the key yourself , if that fails you need to call support when the lines are open
