Please Help can't start the game

Hi all, I am having a trouble starting the game. I open the Launcher, log in successfully but when I press "play" the launcher disappears (like it's supposed to) but the game does not start up, noth...

proxos666 Solved it!
Thank you soo much for your help in the past couple weeks with this. I was at my wits end about this. Long story short for anyone who may read this and is experiencing similar issues, I needed to do a full clean boot. proxos666 provided a link on a step-by-step detail on how to do this. I also recommend asking proxos666 for help first as he knows what he's doing and has made opening the game possible for me (he can read game crashes and such through DXDiag).
