Random suspension unable to get help

To anyone that can help for the love of god.

I am in Australia, I cannot call the helplines and there's nothing the terms and conditions team can do for me (because I didn't actually do anything nor are in breach of anything) even though they are the only ones who have answered my emails.

I was randomly refunded a few weeks ago my subscription while I was at work and my account was suspended (which I only found out whilst trying to log in to the swtor website days later as in game it just came up with an error which I figured was maintenance or something), I have not received an email about it and it's been long enough I'm getting tired of waiting as I was playing multiple characters quite frequently.

I hate posting things but I have now been forced to dun dun dun communicate with other people dun dun dun, like that one chick said "help me support team, this forum is my only hope" or something.

The worst part was missing May the 4th because of this lol like I'm just tryna vibe on swtor bruh.

Can anyone please give any advice or catch some attention from the help team because I spent more money on my account than I'd like to admit.
