Re: Bought Armor Not Showing Up in Collections
In order to unlock the armor set in collections you need to equip every single piece of the set on your character directly. You cannot do it through the Outfit Designer but actually equipping the pieces.
Once the full set is equipped your chat should say that the set is unlocked and not only be bound but it will indicate in the tool tip of any of the pieces it's unlocked in collections.
Since the armor is deleted and your a subscriber not using a referral, you will need to submit an in-game ticket. If that is not working try logging out and then back into the character. You can also email support@swtor.com with your Display Name, Character Name, Server, name of the armor set and asking it to be restored if the ticket in-game is still not working or giving an error.
