wait time is around 10 days at present sorry your waiting fro your character to be restored, i'm sure they will get to it asap
I completely understand. However what is quite interesting is that the problem's solution was just around the corner and there the GM's stuck. Also if I may add, this kind of situation also happened months ago before the Corona event. If I am right, it was last summer. A simple ticket was on the queue for days. Anyway, I will wait.

Hey @Sylkan101.
@proxos666 asked me to have a look into your request. I can see that you first wrote from a mail that was not connected to your main swtor account. This alone makes it rather hard for our support staff to help you out. Please stick to ingame tickets as they will always be connected to the correct account.
I can also see that your character was restored yesterday. We sent you a mail and an ingame response for that. Please have a look if you got both (and your character back).
And I guess, please only delete characters you do not intend to play anymore. Our support staff has a lot of things going on at the moment and they would appreciate to not have to deal with something that could be easily prevented 🙂

Thank you! I saw the solution being solved last night. I have my share of issues as I used to make a "ticket" via e-mail directly since the days when I was a preferred. Bad habit. However I will stick to my current characters and only proceed with tickets when it highly necessary.
By the way, if it is possible... could you have a look at the bug tickets regarding the Callous Conqueror's Armor Set glitch and the Dark Honor Vibrostaff's lack of sound when stashed? That if possible as I brought this subject up to the table a few times in the last couple of months. I've been told that the fixes will come within the last two updates yet it did not.

Support is not looking into bug-tickets. That is for the QA department to do. If you file a bug report, they will read it and prioritize. The issues you mention do not sound to be very high and my guess is there are more pressing issues that need a fix than a sound that does not play.
You will normally not get an answer to a bug report ticket and support should not tell you when something is fixed, as they have no visibility over it. You're best bet is to keep an eye on the patchnotes.

Agreed. However it's been like that for months. They released bugged items. More than those I just reported. Anyway, thank you for the information 🙂
