Ty gyus, i just thought they can see my origin account and check things. Now i see that only call can help me. But i already tried to call them (btw i'am abroad of USA or UK). Looks like i cant reach support by phone(. It's really strange they don't have e-mail support in 2016. Will go GW2 at least here u should not sub to aquire support. 👿

Have you tried calling them via Skype as @proxos666 recommended when he provided the landline numbers?
Ye finally i managed to reach them, ty! Support should post that free number in FAQ!
