Should have a response back from CS in 7 hrs
If your getting the maintenance page on swtor it is more likely the linked EA account needs a password reset , that EA account is likely using the email address used when the swtor account was created
example of a response is at https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Subscription-Issues-2020-non-steam/m-p/9685074#M65266
- @proxos666 I used incognito mode and it let me sub lol

I can check the status when swtor support are online in about 4 hrs
however if you have entered the email address on your swtor account into the below link then use incognito mode on chrome to be sure
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
- @proxos666 already done that, did not help

Support said the ea account is still disabled , are you 100% certain you entered the swtor email address into https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword and then logged into that EA account ?

I have a similar issue, my account says preferred even though i have an active subscription. I have tried resetting the password on my EA account, payment is drawn from my bank account and payment is received according to my account page on swtor.com, says i have 25 days of gametime. What to do?
- proxos6665 years agoHero+
Your swtor account should be working properly now
Having that same issue, even after reading and following what you've instructed the previous posters on what to do, I'm still missing something.

I have the same issue here, though I also purchased a sub through steam for two 60 day one time payment.
My Account uses the same email as my steam account, and this EA account. Username is: Derfwaz.
I get the same "Our services are currently experiencing high traffic, come back later." When I try to look at it through the swotr website to sub. I already reset my password and I have a security key on my mobile phone as well. Any tips on how to get my subscription I already paid for to go through?

Your account looks ok , can you try incognito mode on chrome, or delete the browser cache and cookies and see if it persists
