You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona astthecat (not RawrTheCat) that EA account uses a citronmail email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

- @proxos666 Thanks for the fast reply! Sadly that e-mail address I used back then have expired and was deleted. Is there any way to link it to my new address that I use right now for Origin and EA.com ?

You cant alter the linked accounts, but if you call swtor support when the lines are up in about 3 hrs they should be able to update the email on that ea account for you and you can upload the proof of purchase whilst on the phone and they can sort the steam game time too

When you call , after the ea account is sorted , mention the email you sent with the proof , they can then sort the purchase, the EA account needs to be sorted first though

just paid for 2 months of the game, the status of OPEN, again ... this is the second time like this, the first time - the money was never returned ... login in swtor.com - petrodiesel
where is the playing time, or get my money back !!!
You seem to be able to get things done much faster then being on hold on the phone. I just bought a 60 day one time sub and my bank was charged but nothing else on my account. I've closed the game out completely and reopened, I've reset passwords, etc. I bought the small upgrade kit and nothing went wrong with that, so I'm not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Support can see failed attempts ( not due to them ( maybe bank issue ? )) and one current transaction that is still open, they need that transaction to change to either failed or closed
if it closes and still no game time best to give them a call , so wait and see what it does this time

Swtor support have asked if you can give them a call when the lines come up, unfortunately this cant be sorted over a forum, will be an easy fix just needs to be on the phone
