    account is ok , however support cant see an email from you with the steam screenshots , has that been sent using the email you have used on the swtor account ?

    if using a different email its always worth including the swtor displayname so they can link the email to the right account

  • heres my email and to my recollection i did use the email i register in swtor.
    so do i need to resent the email with the displayname?

    @proxos666 Sorry I need some help with this issue too. I've sent them an email, and while waiting for an answer I connected my EA Account with my steam account and nothing happened unfortunately. It's over 2 hours I've sent the email and still no reply. Can you help me please?

    @Pitis89 

    Support have your email in the queue for an agent , there is no account issue , so if the screenshots are per the steam stcky then they will email you when the gametime has been added 

    if not done so yet , you will need to cancel any swtor subscription in your steam account to be sure it doesnt continue to fail, it can be repurchased on steam after the gametime ends

    @proxos666 Well I won't buy again from steam thats for sure. I just bought it cause I couldn't do it from the swtor website. Anyhow thank you for your time, I'll wait for an agent to check my email.

    its not really steams fault , not able to buy on swtor.com is a good indication of an account issue 

    When an account is disabled for purchasing on swtor.com , no gametime can be added to that account not even by support or steam or codes until fixed 

    most only need a password reset on the linked ea account to fix purchasing for example

    @proxos666 The thing is that now today after buying the subscription from steam I am able to buy it from swtor website too.

    @proxos666 Anyway I have checked my account at swtor website and it's linked with my steam account but still i'm a preffered player.

    yes support need to add the gametime manually , your email is in the queue for an agent
