Apparently, I booked the subscription on a different login, that I haven't created. This is strange. Is it possible to transfer a character from one account to another? This sucks I was already at level 36...

@Jared_El_Cid While it's not possible to transfer characters between accounts, if you call in we might be able to transfer your subscription instead if you've only recently subbed.
