The link provided appears to detail it pretty well , not sure what i can clarify without knowing what step is causing you issues

like hit the save all information button and save the text file to the desktop for example is the first thing to do

per the guide link, either of the below will do using notepad

To post your DxDiag either:

1. Select the 'Choose file' button below the post box

2. Find the DxDiag file and select it - hit Open

3. Add text to your post and hit Submit

OR

1. Open the text file, select all the text inside (Ctrl + A) and copy it (Ctrl +C).
2. Go to http://hastebin.com/, paste the contents of your DXDiag inside (Ctrl+V) and click Save on the webpage (Ctrl+S).
3. Copy the link of the page in your post, along with a precise description of your issue.

Ok from the dxdiag , windows 10 is not fully updated just for info 

now the video card you have is below the minimum game requirements and fails the 1GB dedicated Vram , yours has 128mb from the dxdiag

the game may run but there maybe areas where there maybe issues and lowering all gfx to low is needed

example benchmark for your video card at this link

Few things to check is that the laptop isnt overheating as graphics issues will start to appear if this is the case too

your driver is from 2018 too so can try this link and use either the "get started" button and follow that or downlaod the direct driver and try to install it

the current driver may need to be uninstalled first
