Rang that number. Its 1920hrs here so it should be open but the recorded message says that they are on holiday?!? Just mega frustrated

You could call the french and German line and ask to be transferred to the English line i guess

The whole of EA had some system issues yesterday, so it might be connected to this. 

@Didihomer please give it another try. If the issues persist let me know and call one of the other lines. They can for sure transfer you to the english lines.
