Thank you so much @proxos666 that would be most helpful!

I'll try the ports again using the list in the link.

I know that @proxos666 mentioned a few different AV software and I don't think you've mentioned what you're using yet. Any chance you have Avast installed?

Hi Kipling, I don't use any av software. I have given access and software exceptions to swtor via the windows firewall.

How might my isp be able to get in contact with you EA tech support?

OK, no problem with the AV, I noticed a few other empty server list issues involving Avast so I thought I'd check just in case.

Your ISP contacting our support might not be the best way to go about things. I'd like you to do a connection test to the server lobby.

Can you do a TraceRoute and PathPing to gamepad.swtor.com and paste the results here? You can also use www.pingplotter.com for the tests, whichever is more convenient.

Can you confirm that if you tether this computer to your mobile phone and use the mobile phone network for internet (not a wireless connection to your home internet) or another ISP as a test that the server list still doesnt appear.

Thanks for your help. I've solved the issue on my end. I've found out that the CovenantEyes app on my computer was a version that had a broken update system. I have manually updated the app and I am able to access the game now.
