Email the code and the proof of purchase of that code to mailto:support@swtor.com include the swtor account displayname
If an account is disabled then no game time can be added that account from any source

Account isn't disabled still haven't received gametime and can't subscribe

code error 51003 suggest an issue with the ea account , my understanding is you need to wait for the studio to fix the account at present

Still do not have the game time redeemed. No word from support team on ongoing progress/any issues other than mentioning EA account issue, though didn't explain what is wrong with the account... Only that there's an issue. I'm not sure what I can do or what the best course is.
