best to call swtor support when the lines are open and they can see if they can locate another swtor account that belongs to you that is linked to steam
once you gain access to the swtor account linked to steam you can unlink the account
edit: you can also try inputting all your email addresses into https://signin.swtor.com/en/recover/displayname to locate the account
