[RUS] Подписка через Стим не работает/Subscription via Steam does not work

Здравствуйте! Мой  swtor id: didashan и создала я его в далеком 2013 году. Недавно решила снова поиграть в SWTOR, скачала и решила купить себе монет и подписку.

Через сайт мне оплатить ничего не дало (Трафик слишком высок), поэтому я привязала аккаунт в Стим и через него купила себе монеты. Они почти сразу пришли, все было ОК. 

После этого я оплатила подписку также через Стим. Но ничего не произошло до сих пор. Я до сих пор preferred player.

В Стиме подписка у меня висит.

Зарылась на форум, в поисках решения проблемы. Советы дают разные, многие связанные с аккаунтом в EA.. но свой аккаунт в EA(origin) я создавала отдельно, он не был создан автоматический. И аккаунт SWTOR и аккаунт EA (origin) привязаны к одной почте. Но это ничего не дает, связи между моим SWTOR аккаунтом и EA просто нет
И я не знаю как её создать.

Что мне с этим делать? Я хочу мою подписку за которую я уже заплатила деньги. Аккаунт в стим также называется didashan.Скриншот чека и подписки прилагаю.

Hello there! My swtor id: didashan and I created it in 2013. Recently I decided to play SWTOR again, downloaded it and decided to buy coins and a subscription.

I didn't get anything to pay through the site (the traffic Is too high), so I linked my account to Steam and bought coins through it. They came almost immediately, everything was OK.
