Security key help

I've stopped playing 2 years ago and since then I've upgraded both my pc and my phone. I tried to find my old security key activation code but can't find it. When I request to get a one time code mail it doesnt come. I've tried different browsers and phones. I can get other mails by ea just fine but not this one. Its been over 3 days and I just want to play this game. Any ideas? Im in turkey so calling is not an option, I've sent an mail 2 days ago and got no reply back.
