I also have this problem. Just purchased recurring sub via steam but still nothing happens.

they couldnt see an email when i checked , and do not use the screens you attached here as they are too cropped
let me know when you email and i can flag to check they see it

Support confirmed they have your email in the queue for an agent
If you have a recurring subscription you will need to cancel that sub on your steam account , it can be repurchased once the game time support adds is over

I've attached clearer, uncropped screenshots to this response and I've sent an email to [edit: email address removed] which contain the same screenshots as well. Hopefully this will be enough to resolve the problem.
