Update:
I received a response from SWTOR Customer Support by email asking me to contact Live Support by phone for real-time account verification.
However, when I call the provided phone numbers (US and UK), I only receive an automated message saying that support is currently unavailable and directing me back to the EA website for other support options.
This puts me in a loop: Email support asks me to call -> Phone support redirects me back to the website -> I cannot open an in-game ticket because my account is not Subscriber -> There is no live chat available for my region (Brazil)
I am willing to complete any real-time verification required (phone call, screen sharing, or answering security questions), but there is currently no functional channel available to do so.
At this point, the subscription is still paid and active on Steam, but not applied to my SWTOR account.
Any assistance or escalation would be greatly appreciated.
