So I bought a subscription through Steam and it does not activate it in the game. I spend the whole day researching how to fix this issue - when I call the phone it says there are no advisors available, I read that I am supposed to send screenshots of information from Steam but there is literally nowhere to send these things - cannot find a link or any way to open a case. EA is providing a literal garbage-level customer experience for something which should be happening on its own without any problems. Instead you suffer the whole day and still never get any results, what a waste.
Where am I supposed to send screenshots? Why is it impossible to contact EA? Am i gonna get the subscription in the recent 10 days? Let me guess, the time on it is going to be running while It isn't even registered probably...
