Subscribtion failure

I want to subscribe, and it doesnt let me do it...any idea what i can do to fix this and finally subscribe? The screenshot below shows the answer i get everytime i try to subscribe for the past week

    @Douperman2 

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona douperman and it uses the same email as on your swtor account

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • I am in the same boat and the money said it went through on my bank account so I made like a couple sub purchases which I didn't mean to do I just wanted one 60 day sub so now I lost a decent amount of money because of the error I wanna know why this is happening and hopefully get a refund for most of those purchases except one of them since I did want a 60 day sub.
