I'm getting the maintenance error when trying to subscribe.

Yea i got that info about cropped screenshots but the day after i sent 2 emails with fixed screenshots just like they told me to and still nothing.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona chauntecler (not RoccoAlabasta) that EA account uses a gmail email but not the one on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I am just coming back to SWTOR and I honestly don't remember My EA account back then, its been a long time, and I wanted to sub nothing is working, I got the game way way back in 2010ish or 2011 as a founder. I just want to sub again. Thank you so much.
Hi, I've been trying to purchase a subscription in a variety of ways for the last few days and STILL have not been able to subscribe. Everything from a digital code, paypal, my card directly, and even a steam purchase have failed. My username is frootloopcoup. I've tried calling, but my calls keep dropping due to poor service in my area.

and after you fix the account per above if the codes still dont work include the codes in the email
edit - support have refunded one purchase and the other is queued to be refunded when it closes in the system

Hi!
I talked with my bank and it seem to have to do with some new EU law and about secure payment and that Swtor aint connected to that system.
It looks like I have for now set up a Paypal for it instead.
Thanks for the assist! Hi, I just tried all morning to buy a subscription or gametime, which neither worked. I was receiving "an error as occured" message each time. Tried with paypal and my mastercard.
A couple of minutes later I received a paypal charge for the game-time I tried to buy (Invoice #1004662891361) AND a charge pending on my mastercard for the gametime (#1004663691361).
First, I only wanted one of the charges to go through, clearly not two of them.
Second, I didn't get the gametime yet and it's been nearly an hour. So I got two charges and no gametime, which sucks.
Contacting the support is a nightmare cause there's nearly none (Other than calling which is a nightmare in Canada)
Hope you can help me.
