Hi could you please help me out, my brother has purchased a sub through steam but it wont activate even though it says it's active support was no help cuz we are in aus, they told us to call them even tho I legit sent proof of purchase and the username but it looks like you have magic.

have flagged to check what the issue is on the account , (note: some cant be resolved except by phone)

if you where logged into the game, have you logged out and back in again ?
edit: checked and your account is subscribed correctly

There is No need to call , just ensure you email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message from the email address attached to that swtor account
There is no record of an email received for that swtor account , so email the screens in on that email - proxos6664 years agoHero+
I gather your account is Heavysyrup instead of Heaysyrup
you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account
