subscription plan not working.13 year old account thats been linked with my steam account for years and years.i have had a subscription before years ago.no issues with my account.i changed all my passwordsi have the screenshot of my steam names, and my purchase via steam.why is there not just an email for us to use? why do we have to jump through hoops like this? you cant "contact" them unless you are a subscriber. i AM a subscriber, and i can prove it via the bills on steam time and date stamped. why is the billing and sub section of the website down? it said to go to twitter, i did and nothing on it about why the website doesnt work, or why they dont have an email in the year 2021, or why you have to pay them to contact them (except by phone for 7 hours a day your are fkd if you have a job and can pay for the fancy stuff they sell).ok, my annoyed rant is over.. but for real i just dropped $130 on steam on this and it doesnt work, and i cant refund it because steam wont because of EA no email policy.My username is DySFunctionThanks to whoever might take the time to read this, and has any helpful input.

so i followed all of your steps, and i have it working now. thank you a bunch. what got it to work, was to do all that you suggested and clear the cache like you also said to do once completed with the previous steps. i really needed to get my tantrum in check and follow what you said. for anyone else this is what i did1. EA password2. Ea answers password3. used chrome in incognito4. cleared my cache and history5. logged back into the website and was able to purchaseso in hindsight, i lost the money i spent on a subscription plan via steam, but following these instructions, i was able to buy it again on the website.

thank you i have posted the screenshots to [edit: email address removed] as per the instructions. thanks for your response. I have also changed the password at the main EA website, the testers website, as well as http://www.swtor.com/ in addition to adding a payment method on the main EA website.
one final question for you, im not sure as to why my name is cybercrackacc to the best of my knowledge i have never one time used that as a name. im thouroghly confused to this. my best guess is because i registered the account in like 2008. i have combed through the site, clicked the drop down gone to profile. i cannot seem how to get rid of the name cybercrackacc through any of the menus i have come across.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona Viber100 (not Darksins55) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

support also say they do not have an email from you , check not oversize per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
