In this instance calling them up is all you can do.

What exactly is the stopping point you are following the directions in this link ?
Try removing the key then re-adding it, i have seen browser used make a difference in what was seen
I don't get the 'lost your security key?' option on chrome. I'll try on another browser now but hope aren't high.
Edit: Just tried on both firefox and edge and all I get is [this](http://i.imgur.com/lFDU7yi.png). I can't even contact customer support because it just redirects to help.ea rather than swtor support now..

Just something someone said previously are you able to try that link on your phone at all ?
They had the same thing yet accessed on their phone and it appeared, not sure why as yet
