    See the known issues sticky at the top of this forum, workaround seems to be to install a Intel video driver version prior to Sep 15

    whould i go to the intel website for this or somewhere ells for the intel video driver

      Try this driver here first see if it helps, if it does may need to stop windows updating the driver, see if it helps first

        it says the driver being installed is not validated for this computer
