SWTOR EA Account linked to a random unfamiliar email address

Hi Team,

My account name on SWTOR is doomgeneral

I have had a headache trying to fix this, I am a returning player and my account was made in 2011 but with this EA Account linking stuff I have been at a loss.

This forum post is made from what I assume is an automatically generated account from 2019 using my SWTOR email (per the snip of account error message)

I can't contact customer support (in game ticket is membership and I cannot make outbound calls from my country to those numbers).

The EA account linked to my SWTOR account is completely unfamiliar to me, not once have I made an email ending in @whdweb.xyz so I can't reset the password

My EA account which shares an email with my SWTOR account has been password reset and I still get the same error on SWTOR (I thought maybe the error is just wrong on the account page so tried this)

I have attached snips of the error but it feels like a loop - I can't call or make a ticket, I can't then unlink the account, which enables me to buy a subscription to enter the ticket in the first place.

I'd appreciate advice on how to move past this as I really want to grind the game with a sub for May the 4th :(
